LEMAY AUTO MUSEUM - TACOMA, WA
The Lemay Auto Museum concrete work includes a four level, ramped CIP display/storage facility with showroom space on the upper level. The entire structure is enclosed with exposed site cast Tilt-Up concrete panels. SAK was selected by JTM Construction to do all concrete work on the project. SAK worked closely with JTM and their design team on this project in the VE stages to convert the perimeter to Tilt-Up Concrete. This idea saved the project time & money while giving this unique project a distinct architectural look. All panels were erected in one day on 10/13/10, shown in above/below photos. Congradualtions to Jody, Shane, and crew on a job well done. Keep up the good work.

SAK & ASSOCIATES TOPS OUT CONCRETE FLOORS AT OVERLAKE HOSPITAL IN bELLEVUE, WA

SAK COMPLETES DESIGN BUILD SCOPE AUBURN REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER
We are proud to announce the completion of the 3 story MOB and adjacent 300 car parking structure at this new facility just east of the main hospital in downtown Auburn, WA. SAK & Associates prepared a design build structural proposal converting existing designs to Architectural Tilt-Up on the MOB and CIP moment frame on the Garage. Both redesigns saved the developer millions in construction costs. In addition to concrete construction services, SAK'S design build subcontract included structural design of both structures, supply and install of structural steel in the MOB, and all site work concrete. Special thanks to BNBuilders, PCS Structural Solutions, & Shutler Consulting Engineers for a safe, successful, and collaborative effort on this project.
