About SAK
History
In April, 1998, Stewart Klennert founded SAK Construction at the urging of co-workers and contractors who wanted to see him as the head of a reliable and trustworthy concrete company. Klennert has been involved in construction for over 32 years, 18 of those as a superintendent for construction companies throughout the Northwest. Early in 2011 Stewart decided to enjoy the fruits of his labors and passed the company into the more than capable hands of his son-in-law, Sam Riley. Have a great retirement, Stewart!
SAK and Associates, Inc. is now in its second generation as a family owned business that has grown into one of the largest concrete subcontractors in the Pacific Northwest. The services SAK and Associates provide have also grown to include conceptual budgeting, design build, & design assist concrete construction.
In recent years the ownership of SAK and Associates, Inc. created two new companies: SAK & Patch, Inc. & SAK Veteran Pacific, Inc.
Since its inception, SAK companies have completed over 250 projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Alaska and Hawaii. SAK'S commitment to fairness, quality, and schedule has established an excellent reputation among local developers and general contractors as an industry leader in concrete construction.
